		<description>True! statutory regulations should not be looked at as impigement on freedom of expression, but it is also true that in many cases,Zambian regulations have a tendecy to apply only to some people a clearly exempt others even with court intervention sometimes. So maybe, thats also a concern. This aside, Zambians must think &quot;standards and professionalism.&quot; Its an effective way to move a step foward.
I say, lets do what we have to do;Put all the neccessary systems in place and see how we move from there.
